Following Steve's presentation, I had several people in our group come to me to express their feeling that his presentation was the "best yet." I have one way of being sure that Steve's speech was effective. Every time that I see one of our managers who has a fair amount of trouble with English, he greets me with a broad ear to ear smile which, if you know anything about Steve's presentation, was one of the exercises near the end of the ninety minutes. Obviously, Steve got his point across. Please convey our thanks to Steve for his efforts which certainly were successful.
